JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and mix gel formulations according to specified guidelines.
• Operate and monitor filling equipment for precise product filling.
• Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
• Adhere to GMP standards, ensuring cleanliness and compliance in the production area.
• Record and maintain accurate production logs and batch records.
• Work collaboratively with the quality control team to ensure products meet specifications.
• Follow safety protocols and use proper protective equipment in all production activities.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve process efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have 2+ years of experience in a GMP-compliant environment (pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food, etc.).
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience operating machinery.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow precise instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
