Job Summary:

• Position: Final Assembly, Painters, and Fabrication Specialists
• Location: Hastings, Nebraska
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM
• Pay: $15-20/hour with potential for quick increases based on performance

Responsibilities:

• Perform final assembly and fabrication tasks ensuring quality and precision.
• Execute painting duties as part of the production process.
• Carry out other production duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Maintain excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods as required.

Requirements:

• Preferred Experience: Mechanical or maintenance background; experience with shear press, brake press and laser equipment is a plus.
• Mechanical and construction experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Welding and grinding experience required.
• Multi-tasking ability is beneficial.
