Finance Analyst - Ageatia Technology Consultancy Services

Position Description
Reports to: ExSC Finance Manager Peer Relationships: External operations team, procurement team and related finance partners.
Job Description:

• The Contract Finance Analyst will support daily operations of External Supply Chain Finance through journal entries, reporting and performing moderately complex analysis.

Responsibilities:
The Contract Analyst may perform some or all the work activities below: Activities include:

• Monthly Analysis and Journal Entries
• Reporting
• Savings project scoping and reporting
• Quarterly pricing updates
• Annual budget activities
• SOX 404 Testing
• Pricing trends and other Ad Hoc as needed
• Participate in meetings as needed

Skills Required:

• Monthly Analysis and Journal Entries
• Reporting
• Computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel
• Strong analytical, problem solving, decision making, and communication skills and detail orientation
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a hybrid office/remote environment
• Experience with ERP and other financial planning systems (SAP, Anaplan, etc.)

Skills Preferred

• SOX 404 Testing

Experience Required

• 2 years of related work experience including product cost development and variance analysis
• Experience with Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Access and deep Excel skills
• Proficient knowledge of ERP and other financial planning systems (e.g. SAP)

Experience Preferred

• Experience working in a plant environment or supporting plant financials

Education Required

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or High School Degree +5 years of related experience
