Job Description
We are currently seeking Automotive Finance Assistants / Documentation Coordinators. The Documentation Coordinator is a customer facing position. The ideal candidate is warm and upbeat, pays attention to detail, and is organized. We are looking for someone who is computer savvy, who can multi-task, and who is quick to learn new processes and procedures. He/she must like working with people.
The Coordinator ensures that all paperwork is completed prior to the customer taking delivery of their new vehicle. He/she will review each of the financial and DMV documents and ensure that they are signed prior to the customer leaving with their new purchase. The Coordinator can answer general questions regarding each of the forms and ensure that the customer is aware of what to expect post-delivery.
This job is 5 days per week and offers day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities
- Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
- Provides timely and accurate reports as required
- Ensures all sales targets are met or exceeded
- Maintains accurate sales documentation
- Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred
- Strong internet and computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Strong interpersonal skills to be used face-to-face with customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, co-workers, management, and others
- Must be able to move quickly in a fast paced environment

Schedule 5 Day Workweek (40 hours) Incl Weekends
Schedule 5 Day (40 Hour) Workweek. Must be able to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend.
