They are seeking a Director of FP&A who will analyze data and advise the President on using financial information to make strategic decisions about the company’s future. This opportunity will spearhead the entire Finance department and has an opportunity for upwards growth.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement financial strategies and plans for the business.
2. Oversee the company's budgeting, forecasting, and capital structure.
3. Implement and manage financial controls and systems within the business.
4. Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
5. Develop key relationships with external financial entities such as auditors, solicitors, bankers, and statutory organizations.
6. Analyze complex financial data and extract and define relevant information to provide timely and accurate advice to management.
7. Review company's financial performance, identify trends and financial risks, and make appropriate recommendations.
8. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
9. Lead and manage the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and cohesive, high-performance teamwork.
Qualifications:
1. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is mandatory.
2. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
3. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior financial managerial position with a proven record of success.
4. Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting, corporate finance issues, and financial software applications.
5. Proficiency with PowerBI and Tableau for data visualization and business intelligence.
6. Strong analytical, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
7. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with an ability to inspire and motivate teams.
8. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to clearly explain complex financial information.
9. Highly ethical and reliable with the ability to handle confidential information.
