Working closely with the Executive leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in global cash forecasting & consolidations, improving financial oversight & collaborating with key business unit stakeholders.
Responsible for strategic planning, financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting, management reporting and KPI reporting.
As the finance expert you will establish new / improve reporting systems and processes that improve forecast accuracy and transparency.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and provide operating and financial metrics, trend analysis and related financial forecast with the ability to translate those analytics into an executive narrative and action plan
- Develop financial forecasts integrating income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow including supporting business unit level reporting, including consolidations
- Oversee and manage monthly budget performance reporting process for key business partners
- Develop, implement, and monitor business driven, quantifiable key performance indicators
- Proactively review and monitor business performance and provide meaningful, actionable insights
- Ad-hoc analysis, reporting, projects and duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred
- 5+ years' experience across Financial and Accounting responsibilities
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint
- Experience with financial modelling
- Problem Solving / Analysis and ability to manage large data to create actionable solutions
- Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working to meet deadlines
- Ability to effectively communicate with a strong presence, and translate complex topics with all levels of management
- Experience with TM1, Workiva, Tableau or Power BI and/or SQL or similar coupled with strong Excel knowledge.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 Per Year
