We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team in Dayton. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing financial operations and a strong background in accounting or finance in the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee staff including supervisors and administrators in accounts payable, fixed assets, and general ledger departments.
- Assist in the preparation of business plans and monthly financial statements.
- Maintain and control the address book and royalty calculations.
- Approve and set up wire transfers.
- Provide quarterly consolidated financial information to audit companies.
- Ensure compliance with J-Sox regulations.
