The demand for our services is growing. We are actively recruiting full-time analysts to join our team. As a Support Analyst working for Strategic Property Associates, you will manage communications traffic between our client and special loan servicers. You will be at the heart of our customer service operations as you deliver first-class customer service in every interaction within the special servicer email communications system. In this fast-paced special serviced loan environment, you will be on the front line to help us solve our clients’ and special servicer issues-and deliver on our promise of superior customer service. No prior banking experience is required – you will work with and be trained by the best commercial mortgage risk identification team in the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify issues and solve them.
• Ensure all issues are researched fully and promptly resolved.
• Work within the team to reconcile all issues.
• Ensure all email responses are within our client Service Level Agreement.
• Maintain or exceed internal and external customer satisfaction through continuous personal improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• College degree or certified training in finance or related field.
• Experience in any channel of finance.
• Willingness to learn the commercial mortgage business.
• Strong oral and written business communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Great attention to detail.
• The ability to communicate effectively with coworkers to navigate and solve new challenges in a professional manner.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook is required.
• Strong administrative, organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills are a must.
• Commercial Real Estate Loan experience is a plus but not required.
