About the Job
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Project management experience including implementing process improvements, prioritization and multitasking capabilities.
- Experience in manipulating data sets using SQL or another programming/scripting language.
- Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and the ability to communicate effectively with a senior management team.
- Strong spreadsheet skills with experience creating financial dashboards or models. Act as a liaison to connect central Finance teams and the local teams.
- Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment; comfortable dealing with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$158,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Drive insights and analysis which support the Americas business and shape strategy, in partnership with Americas Sales leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve Americas Ads Finance processes and lead efforts to scale best practices across the Americas.
- Interact with other Ads Finance, Go To Market and other regional central teams to assure strategic and analytical alignment, as well as data consistency and efficiency.
- Own, run and improve complex operational processes from end to end that support the Google Ads business.
