Financial Analyst
A well-established technology healthcare company located in Miami is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their corporate finance team. This position will report directly to the Director of FP&A and will be responsible for producing monthly financial reviews, researching variances, conducting quarterly gross margin analysis, and assisting in budget development and scenario analysis. This is a hybrid work schedule and the company is willing to pay a strong compensation package.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Produce a monthly financial business review for each entity and line of business including financial KPI's.

Research and document monthly significant variances to budget GM.

Produce a quarterly gross margin analysis by payor including financial KPI's.

Organize and compile data for the development of quarterly reforecast.

Compile data and organize templates for budget development.

Update budget and forecast numbers in the accounting system.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 2-3 years experience in accounting or finance.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, required.

Strong analytical skills

Ability to operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives.

Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results.
