Position Summary
Responsible for financial analysis and modeling, assisting with preparation of financial plans, budgets, forecasts, generating daily, weekly and monthly financial and operational reporting and various ad hoc reporting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities.
- Review, analyze, and monitor monthly financial statements for sales branches and Joint Ventures.
- Perform advance financial modeling and ad hoc analysis reporting.
- Assist in gathering financial data in evaluating and measuring the company strategic and operational business position.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and monthly forecast process for multiple joint ventures and branch units.
- Monitor and track branch and JV key metrics against the company's strategic initiatives.
- Assist in preparation of retail business review and executive management reporting packages.
- Develop new and innovative reporting, with recommended actions, that supports key business decision making.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Support executive management, branch managers, and production management with financial matters as needed.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business administration.
- Knowledge in reporting, financial analysis, and accounting.
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel).
- Mortgage experience preferred.
- SQL experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of professional integrity.
- Maintains a positive, helpful, constructive attitude and work relationship with co-workers and supervisor.
- Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and quality focused.
