Alliance Cancer Specialists (ACS) is currently seeking a Financial Analyst to lead the preparation of financial statements, lead variance analysis and provide explanations for each, support budgeting and forecasting as well as related forecast analysis, maintain cash flow forecasts, lead semi-annual and annual bonus calculations, and support other finance and analysis related activities for the practice. Analyzes, consolidates, and distributes accurate financial statements and reports to shareholders, practice management, State Controller, and Regional Finance Director. The Financial Analyst will support Accountants with month-end close activities, as necessary, and will advise up-line management regarding the practice management financial programs in our multi-site organization.
Additionally, the Financial Analyst is responsible for:
• Prepares and consolidates financial statements (i.e. – P&L, Balance Sheet, Flash Reports, etc.), including financial and variance analysis of Practice and Division reports.
• Performs variance analysis of financials compared to Plan as well as other historical periods.
• Identifies and communicates to management potential positive and negative financial trends within each division and the practice overall.
• Leads all budgeting, P&L forecasting, and cash flow forecasting activities.
• Reviews accuracy of monthly physician retainage wire recons for each division and ensures each division has enough funds to cover physician salaries, taxes, and benefit expenses.
• Support Accountants with month-end close activities, as necessary.
• Undertakes special financial projects as assigned by the State Controller, Regional Finance Director, and practice management.
• Maintains working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations as they relate to assigned responsibilities.
• Maintains confidentiality of all information related to patients, medical staff, finances, and cost-effective health care delivery issues.

Position requires:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (with appropriate experience)
• Practice Management/Health Care related experience preferred
• 3+ years of progressive Finance/FP&A experience
• Show exceptional analytical skills
• CPA and or MBA preferred, though not required
• Work in-person a total of 4 days per week at the Central Business Office (Trevose-Feasterville). There may be need upon occasion to visit another site/office for meetings.
