Financial Controller Essential Functions:
Financial Controller experience, technical skills & attributes required:
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
Position is full-time Monday – Friday and is not a remote work position.

Financial Controller Essential Functions:
- Management of staff including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Asset, and Cash processes
- Assist in the month end closing process from an AP, AR, Payroll and GL perspective
- Review and approval of all journal entries made by staff
- Maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules
- Maintain and track all leases for ASC842 review and audit preparation
- Review and approve (for accounting) all corporate SG&A invoices
- Operational management of the Concur expense reporting system (staff processes)
- Preparation of annual SG&A budgets
- Lead McClure efforts in responding to labor and insurance audits
- Assist CFO and DOF in meeting all internal and external audit requests and requirements
- Review, develop and implement improvements to streamline the AP, AR, and Payroll processes
- Review and approve (for accounting) all commissions
- Other duties as assigned
Financial Controller experience, technical skills & attributes required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or other relevant discipline, orequivalent work experience.
- 5+ years experience in a construction accounting role
- Previous experience in team leadership and management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
