Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support informed decision-making.
- Cost Accounting & Inventory Management: Oversee cost accounting functions, manage inventory controls, and ensure accurate costing processes.
- Internal Controls & Compliance: Implement and maintain robust internal controls, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop the accounting team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Controller or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
