Financial Reporting Supervisor-Public Energy company-$120k
High profile role, reporting to Director of Financial Reporting and working closely with Controller
• 10-K and 10-Q SEC filings, quarterly earnings supplemental packages, and earnings press releases
• Research and document technical accounting and financial reporting issues (e.g. new FASB pronouncements, SEC reporting updates and/or business transactions)
• Right-hand to Director in all things Financial Reporting
Ideal candidate will have:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
• CPA strongly preferred
• Minimum 6 years of accounting experience from either public accounting or financial reporting
• Research and document technical accounting and financial reporting issues (e.g. new FASB pronouncements, SEC reporting updates and/or business transactions)
• Right-hand to Director in all things Financial Reporting
