Financial Success Specialist/Member Service Representative (Part-time) Brighton Branch

LOC Credit Union, a full-service financial institution, is looking for a part-time Financial Success Specialist at our Brighton office. The ideal candidate will serve an important role in helping members with their financial goals through our "Let's Win. Together." principle!

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Actively listen to members by engaging them in conversations to uncover their present or future financial needs.
• Referring and educating members on credit union products and services.
• Accurately and confidently open and process all account and loan types.
• Responds to and resolves member's inquiries and requests regarding their LOC accounts and services in a timely manner; includes, but is not limited to, ordering debit and ATM cards, balancing checkbooks, helping with e-services, debt consolidation/counseling and returning phone calls.
• Perform a variety of duties in the branch to support daily operations.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• This individual must have proficient communication and organizational skills.
• Exceptional sales abilities.
• Good computer skills.
• The drive to help their members and our growing group of teammates anyway they can.

Experience/education:

• Prior credit union or bank cash handling experience (preferred)
• GED or high school diploma (required)
