Daily Tasks

• Install trim and molding according to project specifications
• Seamlessly integrate custom millwork into new and existing spaces
• Finish and install cabinetry and other custom woodwork
• Create and install custom built-ins
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure project timeline and quality standards are met

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Finish Carpenter
• Experience with a variety of woodworking tools and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Additional Skills

• Experience with custom millwork
• Ability to create accurate estimates and quotes for projects
• Knowledge of LEED building standards
• Familiarity with CAD software
• Ability to manage and supervise other workers
