Job Description:
- Experience installing, configuring, and managing FireEye Network Security (NX) appliances.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving network connectivity issues.
- Experience in interpreting network and system design documents to create service and change requests
- Experience performing FireEye NX upgrades, backups, and restores, and following change management processes.
- Experience documenting FireEye NX configuration, operation, and maintenance procedures.
