Great opportunities.As a Fleet Agent Administrator at United Rentals, you will perform various operational duties and tasks involved in the management of outsourced vehicle fleet
You'll be responsible for the administration of fleet policy and programs including processing invoices, credit memos and allocating charges to cost centers

You'll be proud of the work we all do in providing the equipment that helps build our communities.*Located in Scottsdale, AZAdditional responsibilities include the following:Work to build and maintain a standardized fleet with supplier and field to determine appropriate equipment/truck/trailer specifications and optionsWork with suppliers on revised delivery dates and expedite equipment shipments and ensure on-time deliveryAttend supplier meetings as directed by managementIdentify and documents cost savings opportunities, such as researching different deals on equipment to obtain better package pricingManage system to ensure data integrity within RentalMan and vendorsProcesses vehicle change forms from Vehicle Fleet email box for location changes, driver changesPrepare leasing invoices for approvals and paymentAdminister vehicle title change processesAssists field and region locations with order status, requisition tool, vehicle/trailer specifications, fuel cards, licensing, titling, registrations, vehicle disposal, policies and procedures and vehicle leasesResolve issues between suppliers and field locationsOther duties assigned as neededJob Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience requiredMinimum 6 months to 1 year work experienceRelated work experience in the areas of purchasing, vehicles, titles or licensing preferredKnowledge of construction industry a plusIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, attention to detailAbility to prioritize and multi-taskWhy join us?We don't just ""talk the talk!""
