Fleet & Asset Manager - DCOMM, INC

DCOMM is seeking an experienced Fleet & Asset Manager to join our growing team. This key role will oversee the management, maintenance, and optimization of our fleet and equipment assets, ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of fleet vehicles and equipment assets, from procurement to disposal.
• Oversee maintenance schedules, ensuring vehicles and equipment are safe, compliant, and operating at peak performance.
• Implement fleet and asset tracking systems to monitor usage, location, and condition in real time.
• Work closely with field operations to ensure equipment availability and readiness, minimizing downtime.
• Develop and manage budgets for fleet and asset maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and ensure quality service.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to fleet operations and asset management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in fleet management and asset control, preferably in the telecommunications or related industry.
• Strong understanding of vehicle and equipment maintenance processes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for working with vendors, internal teams, and leadership.
• Proficiency with fleet management software and asset tracking systems.
• Analytical mindset, capable of assessing data and implementing cost-saving strategies.
