About the Role
The F&M Manager is responsible for ensuring the Moove fleet is utilised and kept on the roads to the highest extent. The role spans vehicle inbound, outbound, compliance and in life care.
What You’ll be Doing
Advise on new vehicle orders and strategies
Devise the strategy for ensuring effective in life care activities
Ensure turn around times are kept low and the fleet is proactively managed whilst in the hands of drivers, Moove or bodyshops
Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of any work completed
Manage vehicle check in and preparation
Control and monitor repair costs (parts and labour) in line with the maintenance fund
Ensure that all insurance claims are completed expediently and vehicles brought back to operation in the minimum timeframe
What You will need for this position
A Bachelor’s degree in any field such as sales, marketing, operations or any related fields.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in Fleet Management
Experience in using CRM systems
Experience in managing high performance teams
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
Ability to work independently, with little or no supervision.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Directly reporting to our Managing Director, and closely working with our US operations Team.
