Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a full-time Fleet Shop Manager to oversee our fleet shop in Manor, TX.





Shift: Full-Time l Monday-Friday with flexible availabilityPay: $85,000-$95,000 + Potential annual Bonus

Position Responsibilities:



+ The Fleet Shop Manager has full accountability for maintenance and repair, parts inventory control, budgeting, transactional data quality, and management services


+ As the Fleet Shop Manager, you will reinforce all safety rules, eliminate maintenance failures, and identify systematic opportunities for improvement in operations and maintenance at local facilities


+ You will provide day-to-day operational leadership, handle hiring and recruiting, and achieve financial goals for the facility


+ You will analyze operating metrics, provide guidance on trends, and develop actions to correct performance inefficiencies and reduce expenses


+ Occasional travel required


+ Valid Driver’s License to operate applicable company vehicles


+ Other duties as assigned




Required Education and Experience:



+ Bachelor’s Degree with 5 plus years of related experience and 2 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma, General Education Degree (GED), or Technical School Certification with 8 plus years of specific experience and 3 plus years of management experience
