Floating Teller- Member Service Representative - Kohler Credit Union

Location: Manitowoc-Meijer (Home Branch) with travel to Northern Branches

Overview: Kohler Credit Union is excited to welcome enthusiastic individuals to our team as a Floating Teller/Member Service Representative. This entry-level role requires no prior experience. As a Floating Teller/Member Service Representative, you will assist our members at our Manitowoc and Mishicot branches by processing transactions, recommending financial products, and ensuring a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and sustain strong relationships with members, providing a friendly and professional experience.
• Meet performance goals related to service quality and accuracy.
• Accurately process transactions and manage cash securely.
• Adhere to all operational and security procedures to ensure compliance and safety.
• Communicate with both members and colleagues effectively in person, over the phone, and via email to provide assistance and answer questions as needed.
• Adapt to various duties and locations as needed, traveling between branches.
• Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Previous experience working with the public is beneficial; cash handling experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation is necessary for traveling between branches.

• Competitive starting wage of $17.50/hour, with an additional $1.00/hour for floating positions.
