Pediatric Dentist Opportunity

Practice Details:

• Practice Overview: Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that has been providing high-quality healthcare services to the community since 1977. Brand new Pediatric Dental Clinic opened in 2020, specifically designed for Pediatric Dentistry and training future Pedodontists.
• The team includes Dental Director, and two other pediatric dentists, supported by two Expanded Functions Dental Assistants (EFDAs). Assistants typically handle cleanings, allowing the Pediatric Dentist to focus on exams and operative work. Hygienists rotate across clinics.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• No On-Call or Weekends:

Qualifications:

• Licensing: Must be a licensed Pediatric Dentist in Florida or open to obtaining a Florida license.
• Experience Required: Proficiency in general anesthesia, nitrous oxide, IV sedation, and oral sedation is necessary.
• Preferred Certification: Florida certification in moderate sedation is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary starts at $200,000
• Loan repayment options may be available through HRSA and FRAME programs.
• CME allowance of $3,500 with 5 days off.
