Adecco is now hiring a Flower Shop Representative to work at a Cemetery in the Burbank area. This is a 6-month assignment opportunity.

Location: Burbank, CA 90068
Pay Rate: $24/hr
Shifts: Required to work weekends – days off during the week, rotate. Required to work holidays. 8 am – 5 pm
Length of assignment: 6 months
Responsibilities for this Flower Shop Representative position include, but are not limited to:
Sell flowers over the counter, answer phones, and take orders over the phone or in person.
Assist customers who walk into the flower shop and process payments.
Make flower sale presentations to clients as part of our services.
Deliver flower arrangements to offices.
Assist in preparing all flower shop reports.
Assist Supervisors with correspondence. This includes complaints and inquiries regarding our services.
Accept Company account payments, and receipt contracts for payments from other teams.
To be considered for this Flower Shop Representative position, you should:
Previous experience in a customer service position.
High school diploma/General education degree (GED).
Must have good oral and written communication skills.
Type 35 wpm and be PC literate; basic knowledge of Word and Excel.
Must be able to handle difficult situations with minimal supervision.
Ability to lift 60 lbs., with assistance.
Bilingual - Spanish preferred.

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
