Job Title: Food Runner
Reports To: General Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Summary: The food runner primary responsibility is to accurately deliver the food to the guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- The food runner is main duty is to deliver food to the restaurant guests.
- The food runner must be timely and efficient to maintain the food's temperature.
- Knowledge of each dish and what it should look like.
- Provides final quality assurance check of products before delivering to guests. Removes any product that does not meet standards.
- Performs all side duties as assigned.
