Opened in 2006, Sharks Restaurant & Billiards is locally owned and operated by life-long residents. However, we are so much more than just a restaurant and bar. We offer a wide selection of entertainment choices for the whole family or for a night out on the town. With tons of gaming fun, you cannot help but be entertained. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As our Food Service Manager, you typically work from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm.

From overseeing kitchen operations to managing food and labor costs, this position keeps you on your toes. You train our kitchen staff on the best practices, informing them of our recipes and quality standards. If any problems come up, you jump in to address them as quickly as possible. You keep our inventory organized and well-stocked, ordering supplies as we run low. Throughout the day, you maintain a positive attitude and help create a pleasant work environment for our restaurant team.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of kitchen management experience
• Communication and leadership skills
