Position Summary:
Responsible for supporting the corporate foodservice and merchandising team in acceleration of foodservice growth through program execution while achieving sales targets. The coordinator supports the merchandising team through earned income (revenue) objectives, promotional activities, and corporate marketing programs. The function of this role includes direct administrative and project support for our corporate category managers, program manager/trainer, and director. This coordinator is a liaison to varying levels of leadership (Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, Culinary) as well as strategic vendor partners.

Position Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Manage foodservice marketing materials and sales collateral.
- Support team in managing content and execution of sales training events.
- Support foodservice team through vendor and item set up process.
- Drive execution of corporate foodservice programs through company goals focused on merchandising-related information and activities.
- Corporate foodservice program data entry, program compliance and OpCo score carding through Power App and PowerBI resources.
- Assist in resolving program billing and tracking of corporate foodservice programs.
- Support corporate foodservice team in coordination of vendor samples for cuttings, sale activities, demonstrations, COE visits, and events.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with OpCo personnel.
- Support and assist with ad-hoc requests or projects to drive foodservice growth.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
