This position is responsible for providing process and analytical support for all foreclosure accounts in the Foreclosure Department. It is also responsible for supporting the organization and completion of various projects for the management team. The role requires compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures of C.F.I. and Westgate Resorts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and handle a high workload of correspondence between owners, courts, and/or attorneys related to servicing a legal account.
- Draft and send responses to owners, attorneys, and trustees to resolve issues.
- Maintain the database and alternate tracking systems to manage the flow of accounts through the legal process.
- Maintain and update status detail changes for accounts as they progress through the legal process.
- Attempt to recover inventory by communicating with attorneys and internal departments.
- Attend meetings and report the status of projects in summary and/or detail as required by management.
- Assist management in special projects or other administrative functions as needed.
- Scan all correspondence from owners, attorneys, and other departments.
- Mail any and all correspondence related to foreclosure or other areas as requested.
- Pick up and deliver mail during assigned weeks and upon management requests.
- Prepare and package FedEx boxes for shipping.
- Assist co-workers upon completion of assigned duties.
- Review and respond to emails accordingly.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Experience:
Foreclosure Specialists should have experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and mortgage servicing. They should possess knowledge of banking industry rules, regulations, and government regulations regarding foreclosures.
Education & Certifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience TBD.
Skills/Knowledge:
- General math skills

Language Skills:
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other team members.
Mathematical Skills:
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
- Ability to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Abilities:
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but straightforward written or oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Work Environment:
- Management may establish core hours, but the position requires flexibility to work whenever needed to achieve goals and objectives.
- Routine overtime and weekend hours are expected.
- Work hours are subject to change at management’s discretion.
- Noise levels in the work environment are to be kept at a moderate tone.
