HHA Agency is looking for a dedicated English speaking certified HHA Home Attendant in Forest Hills Queens Zip Code 11375.

MUST HAVE HHA CERTIFICATE

We have a female patient that needs service 3pm-10pm 7 days a week starting November 1st. This is a long term permanenet case.

Member has no pets, doesn't smoke.

We can register you remotely over the phone as long as you have the following:

• HHA Certificate 
• Unexpired Identification (Passport, Permanenet Resident Card, NYS ID, etc)
• Social Security Card
• Pre-Employment physical (within 6 months old)
• PPD
• Rubella and Rubeola Immunization.
• Two professional References.
