Position: Front Desk Administrator
Location: Medical Center Clinic - Albuquerque, NM

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire/ 30 – 34 hours per week

Responsibilities for the Front Desk Administrator:

Are you a people person with great organizational skills and a passion for providing top-notch patient service? We’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Front Desk Administrator to be the smiling face that greets every patient at our busy clinic!

What You’ll Do:

• Answering Phones: Handle calls like a pro—schedule appointments, answer questions, and direct calls with a friendly touch.
• Greeting Patients: Make a great first impression! Welcome patients with a warm smile and help them feel at ease during check-in.
• Managing Patient Info: Create, update, and verify patient and insurance details in our system. Accuracy is key!
• Collecting Payments: Manage payments, explain policies, and provide assistance with billing in a clear, professional manner.
• Dispensing Contacts: Help patients select and dispense contact lenses—training provided!
• Scheduling Appointments: Keep the day running smoothly by managing and optimizing our appointment calendar.
• Supply Management: Keep the front desk stocked and organized—an efficient workspace is a happy workspace!
• Triage Forms: Document patient info and assist clinical staff with triage forms to keep everything moving efficiently.

Qualifications for the Front Desk Administrator:

• A positive attitude and love for helping people!
• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a medical or eye clinic setting (bonus points, but not required!).

Compensationfor the Front Desk Administrator: $17 per hour

Position is 28 - 34 hours per week.

Onsite/ No Remote
