This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for visitors and staff, managing key administrative functions, and supporting various projects and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, determine their needs, and guide them appropriately to ensure a positive and supportive experience.
- Answer and manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals, and handling inquiries professionally.
- Ensure the office environment is always clean, orderly, and well-organized, reflecting the organization’s values.
- Maintain and manage the organization's database, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and timely updates for reports and other needs.
- Coordinate and support the scheduling of events, including managing logistics and providing on-site assistance as needed.
- Assist with various projects across the organization, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Design and create a variety of printed and digital publications, including brochures, newsletters, and other materials, to support the organization’s communication efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Publisher, and Salesforce is required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and reliability.
- Experience in an administrative or front desk role
