Responsibilities for this Front Desk Clerk job include:
Answering phones and helping walk-ins
Scheduling apts.
Maintain data base by entering new and updated information.
Maintain data entry requirements by following data program procedures.
Maintains confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing elated results as needed.
Verifies entered information by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
Many other duties as well.
Qualifications for Front Desk Clerk include:
2 years clerical work experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft windows and office (word, excel, power point)
Work well with a team or independently.
Strong Customer Service
Ability to input alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or 10 key.
Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm
