Responsibilities

Main duties include greeting customers when they walk in, making outbound calls, building relationships with people and caring for them, answering phones and directing phone calls, managing schedules for agents, helping customers with making payments, scanning and uploading documents into an online file management system, organizing incoming and outgoing mail/voicemails, and so much more.
