We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist for a busy Real Estate Title Company to support their year-end volume.
This position is temporary for the month of November.
Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Occasional overtime required after 5:00 when the Title Company has late closings. The end of the month could require to stay as late as 10:00 PM based on the closings scheduled).
Your specific duties will include:

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist for a busy Real Estate Title Company to support their year-end volume.

- Answering phones.
- Greeting customers.
- Getting IDs from clients and making copies.
- Handling printing and scanning of documents.
- Maintaining the lobby area neatly.
- Make coffee and keep snacks available for customers.
- Send emails when needed.
- High School diploma or equivalent
