• Schedule student lessons and manage teacher availability to optimize studio resources
• Greet and assist parents and students in person, over the phone, and via email with a friendly and professional attitude
• Maintain accurate student records and update scheduling software in a timely manner
• Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing inquiries
• Coordinate with teachers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations and resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or receptionist role
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings when needed
