Job Opening: Hotel Front Desk Supervisor at the Courtyard by Marriott in Tuscaloosa, AL. We're on the lookout for a Front Desk Supervisor dedicated to leading by example with exceptional guest service, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our guests. This position is key to enhancing the guest experience by addressing inquiries and offering recommendations about the hotel and local area, consistent with our policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Sales Team on group bookings, LNR accounts, and sales leads.
- Ensure Front Desk policies and procedures are applied consistently.
- Maintain and use Front Desk checklists for each shift.
- Manage schedules and fill in for absentees or no-shows.
- Run the Front Desk efficiently.
- Communicate with and train Front Desk staff.
- Serve as a Market Champion.
- Organize training for all Front Office staff as mandated by the Brand.
- Maintain Brand Standard initiatives and service standards.
Training in the Bistro will also be provided for backup support.
