General Purpose: The Front-End Manager is an essential role that ensures that the cashier and customer service departments are professionally managed to give customers a positive shopping experience.
Work Schedule: 50+ hours per week, weekend work and evenings required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Customer Service
Inventory Management
Team leadership and development
Inventory Control
Expedite front lines, direct flow of customers, and ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service
Ensure accuracy and proper check out of online, call in, boats, and other orders.
Ensure that all transactions that affect the store inventory are processed accurately
Authorize and ensure validity of customer returns, exchanges, check authorizations, voids, and discretion discounts.
Provide orderly maintenance of front-end equipment and supplies.
Ensure cleanliness standards are kept in all areas of the front end and parking lot.
Help solve problems that affect the service, efficiency, and productivity of the front end.
