The Front Office Administrator/Receptionist is responsible for welcoming and giving a five-star experience to everyone coming into the office, whether it’s customers, vendors or team members of Paramount Builders. The Front Office Administrator/Receptionist will handle multiple calls throughout the day and warmly transfer them to other team members in the company depending on what the call is for. You will also be responsible for reviewing all incoming mail and delivering to the correct team members, making sure all outgoing mail is stamped, addressed and ready for pickup while also handling scans and faxed documents. The ideal candidate would possess strong organizational and communication skills, robust problem-solving skills, and the ability to multi-task.

- Bi-Weekly pay via direct deposit
- Full-Time (Mon-Thurs from 8:30am-4:30pm & Friday from 8:30am-3:30pm)

What You’ll Do:
- Take multiple calls throughout the day and dispatch them to Paramount Builders team members.
- Scan documents and photos that you receive into systems as well as Paramount Builders team members.
- Deliver incoming mail to team members and make sure outgoing mail is stamped and addressed in time for pick-up.
- Handle all incoming customers, vendors and team members with a five-star experience as they walk in the door
- Problem solve and manage customer and installer concerns when issues arise
What We Need:
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of three (3) years of professional work experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience
- Able to handle multi-line telephone systems
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office, Excel and Word
- Problem solving; must have the ability to use sound judgement to resolve issues and take action to solve problems
- Excellent communication skills as well as great organizational skills
- Able to multi-task
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain sitting in a stationary position for prolonged periods
- Requires the ability to move about inside the office
- Must be able to move items weighing up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to communicate effectively with staff, customers, vendors, and the public
- Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
Hours/Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week/52 weeks per year. Standard hours are M – Th, 8:30am – 4:30pm EST and Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm EST, but due to cyclical nature of position, some overtime, including evening and weekend hours, will be required to complete projects under deadlines. Some local and statewide travel may be required.
