We are looking for individuals who want to learn the business and receive guidance to continue to advance within the company! --- The Front Office Administrator/Receptionist is responsible for welcoming and giving a five-star experience to everyone coming into the office, whether it's customers, vendors or team members of Paramount Builders. The Front Office Administrator/Receptionist will handle multiple calls throughout the day and warmly transfer them to other team members in the company depending on what the call is for. You will also be responsible for reviewing all incoming mail and delivering to the correct team members, making sure all outgoing mail is stamped, addressed and ready for pickup while also handling scans and faxed documents. The ideal candidate would possess strong organizational and communication skills, robust problem-solving skills, and the ability to multi-task.--- --- We Offer: $16-$18/hourBi-Weekly pay via direct depositFull-Time---(Mon-Thurs from 8:30am-4:30pm & Friday from 8:30am-3:30pm)Eligible for Health Benefits at 60 days of employment (medical and dental)Eligible for 401k w/company match at 90 days of employmentPaid Time Off (with rollover of unused hours yearly)Advancement opportunitiesReferral bonusesEmployee as well as Friends & Family DiscountsCommittees to join such as Fun, Well-Being, Safety What You'll Do: Take multiple calls throughout the day and dispatch them to Paramount Builders team members.Scan documents and photos that you receive into systems as well as Paramount Builders team members.Deliver incoming mail to team members and make sure outgoing mail is stamped and addressed in time for pick-up.Handle all incoming customers, vendors and team members with a five-star experience as they walk in the doorProblem solve and manage customer and installer concerns when issues ariseWhat We Need: High School diploma or GEDMinimum of three (3) years of professional work experienceMinimum of three (3) years of customer service experienceAble to handle multi-line telephone systemsBasic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office, Excel and WordProblem solving; must have the ability to use sound judgement to resolve issues and take action to solve problemsExcellent communication skills as well as great organizational skillsAble to multi-taskMust be able to work independently as well as part of a team--- Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain sitting in a stationary position for prolonged periodsRequires the ability to move about inside the officeMust be able to move items weighing up to 25 poundsMust be able to communicate effectively with staff, customers, vendors, and the publicConstantly operates a computer and other office equipment such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer Hours/Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week/52 weeks per year. Standard hours are M - Th, 8:30am - 4:30pm EST and Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm EST, but due to cyclical nature of position, some overtime, including evening and weekend hours, will be required to complete projects under deadlines.
