Summit Funding Group, Inc. is an established and growing equipment leasing company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of First Financial Bank located in Mason, OH. Summit is hiring a full-time Front Office Administrator.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
* Professionally administer incoming calls (provide recipient with the caller's name and company)
* Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
* Order, receive, and stock office supplies and business cards
* Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail pursuant to company policy
Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
* Input time off into Employee Master calendar in Outlook
* Coordinate sending out birthday cards for all employees
* Pickup & deliver lunch and coffee for senior management and visitors
* Arrange conference calls for senior management
* Prepare travel arrangements for Cincinnati staff and sales personnel reporting to the CEO
* Maintain employee contact information
* Create binders as needed for departmental, sales, management, and other meetings
* Create files and labels as requested
* Serve as backup for Travel arrangements when Marketing Coordinator is out of the office.
* In addition to these duties and responsibilities, perform other tasks assigned by direct manager or management.

* Frequently sits, stands and walks.
