Compensation
Position starts at $16.00 per hour, however, PHN recognizes licensure, experience, education and site location when determining wage.
Location and Hours of Position
Shenandoah Community Health Center: 624 W Centre St, Shenandoah PA 17976
The general office hours for this position are:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm
Tuesday: 10:00am-6:30pm
NO WEEKENDS
Position Overview
Front Office Assistant -This person is responsible for performing daily clerical activities within the front office related to maintaining smooth patient flow and enforcing reimbursement related procedures as they apply to the front office.
Qualifications
• GED/High School Diploma must be obtained within the first year of employment with the Network (prep courses and exam costs are reimbursable by Network)
- Spanish speaker (preferred)
• Minimum of one (1) year professional office experience in a healthcare setting preferred
