Front Office Responsibilities

• Scheduling appointments and setting up payment plans
• Collecting fees and verifying insurance
• Managing patient schedules and following up with inactive patients
• Greeting patients and acting as a patient ambassador
• Presenting financial aspects of treatment plans to patients

Requirements

• Impeccable organizational skills and a neat, clean appearance
• Minimum of two years of front office experience
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills and reliability
• Eagerness to learn and adapt
• Familiarity with Windows applications

Expected Schedule

• Monday: 7:30 am - 5:15 pm (1-hour lunch)
• Tuesday: 7:30 am - 5:15 pm (1-hour lunch)
• Wednesday: 7:30 am - 5:15 pm (1-hour lunch)
• Thursday: 7:30 am - 5:15 pm (1-hour lunch)
