Schedule for the Front Office Associate:

Note: the Front Office Associate must be in 30 minutes before patient care hours and leave within the hour at the end of the day:

• Monday: 9AM - 5PM

• Tuesday: 12PM - 8PM

• Wednesday: 12PM - 6PM

• Thursday: 7AM - 3PM

• Friday: 9AM - 2PM

• Saturday - Sunday: CLOSED

Requirements and Responsibilities for the Front Office Associate:

• At least 2 years of Dental Front Office experience preferred; 1 experience required.

• Treatment planning and Insurance Verification

• Have a positive attitude, be polite, and smile

• Welcome and greet patients.

• Schedule patients

• Maintain the schedule

• Check-in and check-out patients

• Run reports in Eaglesoft at the end of each day

• Goal oriented

• Have excellent communication skills

• Proficient ability to prioritize tasks throughout the day
