Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Representative to be the face of Blue Print Out, responsible for managing front office operations and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for clients and visitors. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including greeting guests, answering phones, and supporting internal departments.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
• Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining the reception area.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
• Provide basic information about the company’s services and offerings.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient internal communication.
