Position Summary:
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You will play a key role in managing the restaurant staff, maintaining a positive work environment, and working closely with the culinary team to deliver an outstanding dining experience.

Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
Customer Service:
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Train staff to deliver exceptional service and create memorable dining experiences.
Financial Management:
- Monitor and manage budgetary goals, including revenue and expenses.
- Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial reports and make informed decisions.
Menu Implementation and Development:
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure the successful implementation of the menu.
- Contribute to menu development by providing insights into customer preferences and industry trends.
Marketing and Promotions:
- Work with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the restaurant's visibility and attract new customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a casual fine dining setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development and implementation.
- Understanding of financial management and budgetary control.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Certification:
- Food Safety Certification is a requirement.
