What Does a Chick-fil-A Team Member Do?
A Chick-fil-A team member performs guest service and food preparation duties. Guest service job duties include greeting customers, taking customer orders, and completing transactions on the cash register. Food preparation duties consist of cooking food and assembling sandwiches.
Additional Tasks and Duties
Additional team member duties include operating the drive-thru window, unloading deliveries, and maintaining a clean store environment. Chick-fil-A team members must also adhere to all safety policies and health regulations. Ideal Chick-fil-A team members possess positivity and diligence.

Job Description:
Chick-fil-A at Shepherdstown Crossing is seeking FULL-TIME EVENINGS Team Members for Front of House (FOH) positions.
Our Team Members must be caring, friendly, and have a genuine heart to serve others. They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. As a Front of House Team Member you will be focusing on guest experience, order accuracy and efficiency, and the cleanliness of our restaurant. Attention to detail and warm hospitality make a difference in all areas of our restaurant.
In your role, you are encouraged to bring your positive contagious energy to work every day as you learn, grow and perform your job to your highest ability.

Team Member Responsibilities:
- Participate in day-to-day operations and activities
- Provide excellent Customer Service throughout your entire shift

Education/Experience:
- Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required
