Job Responsibilities
As a Front of House Manager at our casual dining restaurant, you will:
- Oversee operations: Manage all aspects of front-of-house operations, including customer service, reservations, and seating management.
- Enhance dining experiences: Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the overall dining experience and boost customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate: Train, manage, and inspire staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
- Inventory management: Ensure adequate stock levels and cost efficiency for front-of-house supplies.
- Maintain standards: Monitor and uphold the restaurant's appearance and cleanliness to meet health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively: Work with the back-of-house team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Analyze and improve: Use performance metrics and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Job Qualifications
We are seeking a candidate who brings:
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience focused on front-of-house operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective interactions with guests and staff.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations to ensure compliance within the restaurant.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
