Overview:
Flowspace powers independent fulfillment. This role, on Flowspace’s Fulfillment team, focuses on brands achieving scale in DTC and retail. As a Fulfillment Consultant, you will work side-by-side with founders and supply chain leaders to determine which of Flowspace’s extensive offerings are the best fit for their business.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage your leads pipeline, including outbounding with the support of the Marketing team as well as developing referral relationships with consultants and agencies.
- Execute on discovery for opportunities, understanding the business’ needs and definitions of success
- Scope fulfillment deal structures that create mutual value for the prospect and Flowspace, including pricing and network placement
- Continuously partner with cross-functional teams to create a feedback loop that improves Flowspace’s award-winning software platform and best-in-class fulfillment network
- Ongoing support of clients after signature to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for expansions
Who We’re Looking For:
- 4 years of applicable sales experience in Supply Chain, Fulfillment, and/or Logistics showing the ability to self generate opportunities.
- A team player who is able to successfully and autonomously own their work in scoping and closing deals that are consistent with Flowspace’s business goals
- Ability to work successfully and independently in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment, focused on adding value to customers and growing the business
- Proven experience as a top performer, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Someone who is a self-starter and aggressive hunter for new business
Bonus Points:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
Other Helpful Things To Know:
- 30% travel as needed for client meetings, employee team gatherings, and industry conferences
- Must be able to successfully manage a variety of virtual technology tools, to communicate and work in a remote environment (i.e. Slack, Zoom, Miro, Cello)
The on target earnings range for this role is $160k - $200k/year.
Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.
