Job Duties and Responsibilities:The Lead 5G Fulfillment Associate directly assists the Supervisor in the day-to-day operations of a functional area inside the center. It requires the ability to train employees and identify and resolve issues, concerns, and operational problems. The position requires a high level of understanding of all job roles and functions throughout the facility and the ability to apply written standards in every area. The Lead 5G Fulfillment Associate will be an advocate for quality/inventory control and process compliance, providing guidance to the team to ensure key metrics are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Fulfillment staff results by:
- Communicating job expectations
- Planning, monitoring, and reviewing job results
- Coaching and training
- Initiating, coordinating, and supporting systems, policies, and procedures
- Audit team member performance for quality, productivity, inventory accuracy, and alignment with standards
- Maintain workflow by:
- Monitoring steps of the process and addressing process variables
- Observing control points and equipment
- Monitoring personnel and resources
- studying methods; supporting cost reduction initiatives; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between employees
- Assist the supervisor with completing production plans, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, resolving problems, and reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
- Complete root cause analysis to address process variations and determine corrective action
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs and evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Provide manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data, answering questions, and responding to requests
- Validate and provide input for revisions of procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and implementing change
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures
- Support the production plan by filling in for missing personnel, accomplishing work results, driving established priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting results of the processing flow to the shift supervisor

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Associate Degree preferred
- Two years of equivalent experience
- One year previous experience using a computer
- Warehouse Management System Experience with Manhattan Scale preferred
- Initial training and successful performance as a 5G Fulfillment Associate IV or a lateral move from another department
Skills:
- Ability to coach and positively influence employees to meet production goals
- Ability to manage processes, initiate and drive process improvement, and track consumables
- Demonstrated proficiency in production planning, controls and instrumentation, and tactical planning
- Must be comfortable dealing with complex problems and determining and applying solutions
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operations and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Must have strong written, verbal, and typing skills
- Sufficient visual acuity to detect abnormalities in product
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to think independently and have the capability of addressing team member problems
- Ability to make decisions on business process, routing of product through the factory, identification, and remediation of defects and issues within existing processes
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- A minimum of 15 current Fulfillment certifications or lateral move from another department

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
